“Pan American Periodicals” launched in 2019 as a collaboration between Dr. Mark Petersen and two student researchers from the University of Dallas, David Morales and Patrick Gomez.
Initially, the project involved compiling a list of contents published in the Bulletin of the Bureau of American Republics (later Bulletin of the Pan American Union) in a simple Google Sheet.
